A monthly retainer is a fixed monthly fee you pay PreMaintFix to cover all scheduled maintenance services for your facility. It includes regular electrical and plumbing inspections, HVAC servicing, preventive checks and monthly reports — all for one predictable monthly cost. No surprise bills, no emergency call-out shocks.
What types of businesses do you work with? +
PreMaintFix works with small businesses, SMEs, corporate offices, hotels and guesthouses, private schools, hospitals and clinics, retail shops, shopping malls, warehouses, and any organisation that needs professional facility maintenance. We serve all business sizes across Accra.
How quickly do you respond to emergencies? +
We aim to respond to all emergency callouts within 24 hours. Premium package clients receive priority same-day response. Simply call or WhatsApp us and our team will get to you as fast as possible.
Do I need to sign a long-term contract? +
We offer flexible contract terms — monthly, 3-month, 6-month and annual agreements. Longer contracts attract better rates. Either party can terminate with 30 days written notice. We believe in earning your business every month through excellent service.
What is included in the monthly maintenance report? +
Your monthly report includes a full summary of all maintenance visits completed, specific tasks performed, issues identified and how they were resolved, materials used, any outstanding recommendations, and a planned schedule for the following month. It is a complete record of everything done in your facility.
Are materials and spare parts included in the retainer price? +
Standard retainer fees cover labour and routine consumables. Significant materials, spare parts and replacement equipment are quoted separately and charged to the client at transparent cost prices. We will always get your approval before purchasing materials.
How does the free facility inspection work? +
Our free inspection is a no-obligation assessment of your facility's electrical systems, plumbing, HVAC units and general condition. We document everything we find and provide you with a full inspection report along with a tailored maintenance proposal. There is no cost and no pressure to sign up.
Do you work outside of Accra? +
We are currently based in Accra and serve businesses throughout the Greater Accra region. We are expanding and may be able to serve clients in other regions depending on the size and location. Contact us to discuss your specific needs.
How do I pay for services? +
We accept payment via Mobile Money (MTN MoMo, Vodafone Cash, AirtelTigo Money), bank transfer, and cheque. Retainer payments are due on the 1st of each month. We issue official receipts for all payments received.
What if I just need a one-off repair? +
Absolutely — we handle one-off repairs and emergency callouts for non-retainer clients too. These are priced per job based on the scope of work. However, our monthly retainer clients always receive priority scheduling and better rates.
